The Quality Control department has a standard operating procedure with written protocol that are based on ISO/AOAC/FDA/FAO/VAM95. The record keeping activities provide information that helps individual chemists & microbiologists to evaluate proficiency. Additionally, the statistical process used by STR is to evaluate the results of the analysis and to assess the performance of the process.
